Law firm Lideika, Petrauskas, Valiūnas ir partneriai LAWIN and the Baltic Branch of MP Bank hf. advised the Baltic Data Center, a group company of TEO LT AB, in acquisition of the internet services company Interdata

From December on, Interdata will operate as a subsidiary of the Baltic Data Center. Interdata’s services are currently used by many Lithuanian companies, leaders in the internet services market, e.g. ticket sale portal www.greitai.lt, news portal www.15min.lt, portals of the Plius company www.autoplius.lt and www.domoplius.lt, etc. As a result of the acquisition, the number of clients using internet hosting services of the Baltic Data Center will double and amount to almost 5 thousand.
