This event is organized by the Warsaw Lewiatan Arbitration Court in cooperation with International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), American Bar Association and the ArbitralWomen. The goal of the conference is to encourage an open exchange of ideas in a relatively new area of debate – arbitration of M&A disputes. It will have a global reach with speakers coming from all major jurisdictions and representing a diversity of perspectives.

The honorary patronage of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the financial support of the European Union benefits the conference.
