The team of the law firm Lideika, Petrauskas, Valiunas ir partneriai LAWIN, led by partner Jaunius Gumbis and Robertas Ciocys, represented TEO LT in acquisition by its group company UAB Baltic Data Center of 100% of shares in Hostex, an internet web hosting services provider, from the Estonian venture capital fund AS Martinson Trigon. The financial adviser of TEO LT in the transaction was MR Bank.

July 5 2010, Vilnius, Lithuania - LAWIN (Lithuania) advised Fermentas International Inc., a world leader in the discovery and manufacture of quality molecular biologicals, in the acquisition of Fermentas International Inc. by Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. The transaction value was USD 260 million making it the largest deal of its kind in 20 years.
